# Function: standardCollections()

Collections as a proposer gives them: each a definition, or the name of a
standard one (`"std.poll"`) to use exactly as the library has it. A
`std.*` name means the standard thing, so a definition that names one must
be the library's; only its `title` and `description` may be its own.
Throws saying which one is wrong and what to do instead.
