function usernameFree(text, fetcher?): Promise<boolean | null>;Defined in: packages/core/src/inbox/names.ts:99
Whether a username can be claimed, as its domain answers: nobody holds it,
and the service doesn't keep it back (reserved). Null when it couldn't say
(down, slow, or not a name service), so a caller never takes an outage for a
free name.
