Function: serveSigner()

function serveSigner(signer, port): () => void;

Signs session notes for a remoteSigner on the other side of port: only the one note a node asks for, everything about the account (SESSION_COMMAND) to its key until a time. The root key stays here: a passkey needs a document, and a key in a tab should stay in that tab. Returns a function that stops.
